R\u00e9volution<\/strong>, the Old City, and returned to the port<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over <strong>50 cyclists<\/strong> from Annaba and neighboring wilayas (Jijel, Biskra, Souk Ahras, Guelma) joined the ride<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highlights included <strong>bike decoration workshops<\/strong>, <strong>light installations<\/strong>, and <strong>safety awareness stations<\/strong>, overseen by organizations
